Policies, Terms and Conditions

The Network Guest Policies

Thank you for choosing The Network Salon! Our goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every guest. Please take a moment to review our salon policies before your appointment.

Appointments

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments with Network-employed stylists. Your payment information is securely stored through Mindbody and may be charged in accordance with our published policies.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on schedule for all guests.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations or Reschedules (less than 24 hours' notice): 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
  • No-Shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.

Appointments booked online that require prepayment are non-refundable if missed.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted online booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns about your service, please contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment so we have the opportunity to evaluate your concerns.

If an adjustment is appropriate, it will be performed by the original service provider whenever possible.

Preference changes, additional services, color corrections, or services performed by another salon are not considered complimentary adjustments.

All salon services are non-refundable.

Children

For the safety and comfort of all guests, only clients receiving services may be in the salon.

Children are always welcome when they have their own scheduled appointment. Parents or guardians accompanying a minor receiving services are welcome.

Additional Guests

To provide a relaxing environment and ensure adequate seating, we ask guests to attend appointments alone whenever possible.

One accompanying guest may wait in the reception area if space allows. Additional guests may be asked to wait in the building's common area or outside the salon.

Independent Stylists

The Network Salon is a hybrid salon.

Some professionals lease space within our facility as independent business owners. If you are seeing an independent stylist, all appointments, payments, scheduling, adjustments, retail purchases, and service-related questions should be handled directly with your stylist.

Retail Exchange Policy

All retail sales are final.

Unopened retail products purchased directly from The Network may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Opened products may be exchanged if they have been used only once and remain at least 90% full.

Retail purchased directly from an independent stylist is subject to that stylist's individual policies.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions require routine maintenance and proper home care.

Extension services, deposits, maintenance appointments, and extension hair are non-refundable.

Please follow all aftercare instructions provided by your stylist. The Network is not responsible for damage resulting from improper home care, failure to maintain extensions, third-party services, chemical services performed elsewhere, or normal wear.

Animals

To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all guests, only service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted inside The Network.

Pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are not permitted.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal belongings with you during your appointment.

The Network Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography

We love celebrating beautiful hair!

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for educational or marketing purposes. Please let your stylist know if you prefer not to be photographed.

Policy Updates

Our policies may be updated periodically.

The most current version will always be available on our website. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to our current Salon Policies and Terms & Conditions.
