Gina Bianca is the founder and owner of The Network Salon—a studio space built on education, connection, and transformation. With over 15 years of experience behind the chair and 10+ years as a salon owner, Gina has created an inspiring, inclusive environment where artists and guests alike feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Known for her speed, precision, and expertise in high-impact, low-maintenance blonding and color correction, Gina has gained global recognition. Her work includes hair color for Lady Gaga’s Stupid Love video, and collaborating with top brands like Behind the Chair, John Paul Mitchell Systems, Oligo Professional, Joico, Rusk, and Innersense Organic Beauty.
In addition to running the salon, Gina is a renowned industry educator and the founder of The Network Mastermind, a coaching program helping stylists and salon owners grow fulfilling, sustainable careers.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys cooking sourdough meals, rewatching SVU and Grey’s Anatomy, and soaking up mom life with her daughter Zoë, her husband Steve, and their dogs.
