Terms & Conditions for Vending at Free Yoga Day

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee participation in Free Yoga Day. Vendor selection is based on variety and fit. To ensure a well-rounded experience for attendees, we limit categories to one vendor per type (ex: one tattoo artist, one coffee supplier, one permanent jewelry vendor, etc.).

2. If selected, I agree to follow all event guidelines provided by the event team, including setup, breakdown, and conduct.

3. I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in forfeiting my spot, even if I was initially accepted.

4. I acknowledge that event details (such as time, location, or layout) are subject to change and I will be notified as early as possible if adjustments are made.

5. I release the event organizers, The Network Salon & Yoga, and all affiliated staff from any liability for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss connected to my participation.

6.  The vendor fee for this event is $50 and goes directly toward our 2025 Adopt-a-Family Project and The Sarah Longo Beauty Foundation. By participating, you’re not only showcasing your business to a wellness-focused community—you’re helping us make a real impact during the holiday season. Vendor fee must be paid upon acceptance via cash, check or Venmo [@thenetworksalon] If the fee is not paid within 7 days of acceptance, your spot will be given to another vendor

Each vendor spot includes space for one table, a feature on our website, and a personalized social media shoutout. We’re expecting 200+ attendees throughout the day, and this is a great opportunity to connect, sell, and grow your local presence while supporting two incredible causes.
