Starting her career as a hairstylist specializing in blonding, dimensional color and color correctionn Gina evolved throughout her career into an industry icon teaching business, color and marketing and serving as a mentor and coach for stylists all over the world. The former owner of Gina Bianca Hair, Gina has been in business in Southington for 10 years. Gina lives close by and loves the town of Southington. The Network is owned and operated by women with a focus and mission to elevate the beauty industry and provide a safe space for artists and guests alike. Gina is an entrepreneur at heart, running 4 comanies including The Network, The Network Yoga, The Network Mastermind, and Gina Bianca Education. Gina is also the Global Director of Hair Color for Rusk Haircare - providing industry education and consulting.  Business aside, her other passions include cooking, crocheting and being a dog mom and wife. She loves good TV like Yellowstone, Tulsa King, Law and Order SVU, the Sopranos and is a Lady Gaga and Post Malone super fan.
