Less lecture, more real conversation. We’ll share real examples, answer questions as we go, and give you clear direction you can actually apply the next day.



After lunch, Gina Sicard (@iamginabianca) will break down how to get booked and busy from the very beginning of your career, plus practical insight for salon owners and independent artists who want to understand ad strategy, content funnels, and how visibility actually turns into money.
